Categories
Members - Any Wildlife Management Association is represented by and shall become an active member of TOWMA upon application and payment of the annual dues. Each active member Association is allowed one designated TOWMA director (usually the WMA President) who has one vote on issues before the organization.
Dues are currently $1.00 per member per year.
For example, dues for a WMA with 125 members are $125 per year. A link to a member application follows below.
Associate Members - Members of a WMA or PBA that is an active (dues current) TOWMA member association are associate members and are encouraged to attend biannual and other member meetings, including board meetings, but may not vote on issues. There are no dues for Associate Members - it is a benefit of membership in a local WMA. Associate members do need to individually sign up to receive our emailed newsletter; your formal Opt-In is required, however, to comply with anti-spamming regulations. See the newsletter sign up box in the lower left hand side of any page of this website.
Individual Members - Individuals who are not a member of a Wildlife Management Association may become a TOWMA member. Individual members are encouraged to attend biannual and other member meetings but may not vote on issues. Dues are currently $10 per year.
Ex Officio Members – Individuals may be elected as ex officio members. No voting rights are associated with this membership. These individuals are important to TOWMA and usually serve as technical or advisory resources. There are no dues.
TOWMA memberships are for the calendar year, and are due January 1 of each year. Dues for WMAs/PBAs or individuals joining in the last quarter of any year will not be due again until the second January following joining (Providing up to 15 months coverage for the first dues payment)
